inday-to-daylifeitisnotalwayslikethis.thereisalwayssomethingthatcausesworry,tensionandlackofease,anddoesnotletusfeelpeaceful.inspiteofthis,wecanenjoypeaceregardlessofouroutercircumstances.peaceofmindisaninnerstateandisindependentofouterconditions.whywaitforneverforcircumstancestobe“right”?whyrelyonoutsidecircumstancestobringuspeaceofmind?
